Genuinely happy with this product and the entire range. Joints feel less stiff and painful, feel less bloated, and I feel like have more energy. I like the fact this product only has a few concentrated ingredients, not a long list of chemical additives.

Goldern hour has been incredible for joints. I've been using this product for over a month and I have experienced a clear reduction in pain and inflammation in my joints. My hands and wrists have less pain and stiffness. As an added bonus bonus, I noticed my digestion has improved, I feel less bloated, which I didn't expect.

i highly recommend this product as i’ve been struggling with swelling and pain in my ankles due to tearing my ligaments from sports but i have found since taking these capsulises it has reduced my inflammation and aches i used to constantly get, it is also very convenient having it be a capsule :))
