You Gut This Tea Tonic

After-meal soothing blend
Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp you gut this
  • 1 cup hot water or herbal tea (peppermint or chamomile work great)
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon
  • Stir well & sip slowly

It is normal to get some plant powder sediment at the bottom of your glass as we use raw whole powders.

  • Handful of berries
